1. We are considering to buy products from your company, how can I know the quality?

Try to buy a small order to check the quality. Or you can visit our factory before mass production

2. I don't see any prices on your web site. why?

A lot of products with different specification & different requirements concerned, no necessary and not possible to put full products price list on the website. We will send the price according to our customers' detailed enquiry, if you inform us the item no. with DH prefix !

3. Do you offer a sample before order?

Yes, but the sample cost is unit price x 1.3, because samples need take more cost and energy.

4. Do you have office or representative or agent abroad?

We don’t have agent in any country at present, but we plan to find an exclusive agent in each country from this year on

5. What is the minimum quantity we should buy?

A 20ft container

6. What is your payment terms?

For LCL order, it should be T/T(Telegraphic Bank Transfer) of total amount before shipment,
For Sea Cargo of FCL order ,30%T/T in advance, the balance before shipment.

7. How can I know how much I should pay the delivery charge?

Calculate the total weight/measurement of your order.
Choose a shipping method.
Check the current freight Rate and calculate shipping charges.
Check the other charges and add together.
